Many people may disagree with this post and that's OK, I still think I'm right! You are going to read a lot of stuff you disagree with in this blog, you don't need to agree with everything. What I want for you is to simply jog your memory to take action on your relationship a few times a week.

If you are like me you engage in a lot of self talk, both good and bad. When it comes to our relationships, especially our marriages negative self talk can be incredibly destructive. And it is a major disservice to our partners since they don't even get a "real" word in edgewise.
