Rowing Together

This past week my wife and I made an important strategic decision regarding how we would scale one of our businesses that has been growing quite rapidly. The interesting thing about it is I thought we had made the decision over a year ago.

As we were strategizing one evening it became clear that she had chosen the opposite growth strategy. As soon as we realized this we chose a strategy and got on the same page in less than 30 seconds.

We would not have come to discover this inconsistency if we were not in constant discussion and continually evaluating tactics and the outcomes that come from them. We do this with our business life and our non business life.
